The short answer

What is a travel booking panel?

A travel booking panel is the software a travel agency uses to sell travel online and run the work behind each sale. It pulls live fares and room rates from your suppliers, lets travellers or sub-agents book and pay, issues tickets and vouchers, and records every booking, payment and refund in one back office.

  • B2C — travellers book on your website.
  • B2B — sub-agents book through a portal at rates you control.
  • Back office — your team manages suppliers, markups and payments.

Four panels in every licence

Customer booking website

Your branded storefront on your own domain, where travellers search, pay and get their tickets.

Admin back office

Bookings, payments, suppliers, markups, refunds, content and staff permissions in one place.

B2B agent portal

Sub-agents log in to book at their own rates, top up a wallet and download their own invoices.

Traveller account

Customers see upcoming trips, download e-tickets and vouchers, and request changes.

Booking modules

Every product your agency sells, in one panel

Turn on the modules you need today and add the rest as you grow. They share one customer list, one payment ledger and one set of markup rules.

Booking engine

From search to e-ticket in one booking record

The booking engine turns live supplier availability into a priced, payable result — then keeps every payment, ticket, change and refund on the same record your team can see.

  1. 1SearchLive fares and availability from every connected supplier in one result list.
  2. 2PriceYour markup, agent commission and taxes applied before the customer sees a number.
  3. 3Book & payCard, bank transfer or agent wallet — the PNR is created as payment clears.
  4. 4Ticket & serviceE-tickets, vouchers, changes and refunds handled from the same booking record.

The same flow powers the website, the agent portal and the admin desk.

How it works

From licence to live bookings in four steps

You bring the supplier contracts and the brand. We install, configure and hand over a working panel.

  1. 01

    Choose a licence

Pick the plan that matches your agency today. You can upgrade later without migrating data.

  2. 02

    Install on your domain

We set the panel up on your server and domain with your logo, colours and currencies.

  3. 03

    Connect suppliers & payments

Plug in your own GDS, bed-bank and payment-gateway credentials. Contracts stay in your name.

  4. 04

    Go live & onboard agents

Open the website to travellers and invite sub-agents to the B2B portal with their own rates.

Own vs rent

Rented booking software stops when the payments stop. Yours doesn’t.

Most booking platforms charge a monthly fee and keep the code. Before you choose, compare what you actually hold at the end of year three.

Glossary

Travel booking panel terms, explained

The vocabulary you’ll meet when comparing booking software — in one sentence each.

GDS
A global distribution system such as Amadeus or Sabre: the network airlines use to publish fares and seats to travel agencies.
NDC
New Distribution Capability — an airline-direct API standard that can carry fares, bundles and extras the GDS does not show.
PNR
Passenger name record: the reservation file that holds a traveller’s itinerary, contact details and ticket numbers.
Bed bank
A hotel wholesaler that sells rooms from thousands of properties to agencies through a single contract and API.
Markup
The amount you add on top of a supplier’s net price. A booking panel applies it automatically by product, route or agent.
White label
Software delivered under your brand, on your domain, with no visible trace of the company that built it.
B2B wallet
A prepaid balance a sub-agent tops up and books against, so you are paid before a ticket is issued.
Booking engine
The search-and-book part of the system that turns live supplier availability into something a customer can pay for.

FAQ

Questions agencies ask before they buy

Something else on your mind? Email info@travelbookingpanel.pk and a product specialist will reply.

What is a travel booking panel?

It is the software a travel agency uses to sell travel online and manage it behind the scenes: a booking website for travellers, a portal for sub-agents, and an admin back office connected to airline, hotel and payment suppliers.

Is this a monthly subscription?

No. Every plan is a one-time licence. You pay once, receive the source code and keep using the panel without a monthly fee.

How much does a travel booking panel cost?

Licences start at $1,599 for the Starter plan, $2,999 for Agency and $4,999 for Enterprise. Supplier contracts, hosting and payment-gateway fees are separate and paid directly to those providers.

Can I sell to sub-agents as well as direct customers?

Yes. The Agency and Enterprise plans include a B2B agent portal where each sub-agent books at the rates and markups you set, pays from a wallet and downloads their own invoices.

Do I need my own GDS or supplier contracts?

Yes. Supplier contracts and API credentials stay in your agency’s name, so the inventory and the relationship belong to you. We connect and configure them inside the panel.

Does it support Umrah packages and Arabic?

Yes. The Agency plan adds the Umrah package builder and Arabic right-to-left layouts alongside English and other languages.

Which countries and currencies can I sell in?

The panel is used for international sales. You choose the currencies you display and accept, and the languages your booking site is available in.

Will it run on my own domain and brand?

Yes. The panel is installed on your domain with your logo and colours. On the Enterprise plan all third-party branding is removed.

Who hosts the panel and the data?

You do. The panel runs on your own server or cloud account, so customer and booking data stay under your control.

Can I customise the source code?

Yes. You receive the full source code with every plan and can change it yourself, hire your own developers, or ask us for custom work on the Enterprise plan.
